The rear sub frame support pin that is. One of mine has a strip of rust corrosion about 1mm deep right along the length of the shaft - not just surface but starting to eat below the surface. it's effecting the 'roundness' more than the strength integrity I would think but just wondering if it would be of concern. This is the pin I mean 
If you can imagine that strip of white as the rust that is about the size and shape |

Easily found I suppose... And it will only jam up when it rusts again... |

Ah, just coat it in neversieze and put it together. If you are worried, polish it. Removing surface im-perfections from a bit of metal makes it stronger. |
