Leave it in the sun for a couple of hours first and use the natural curve in the roll so that it will help you over the tight little curves next to the arches. This will make it harder to get over the arches but will be better overall.

There appears to be 2 types, i believe there has been a change in the past year, the new styf goes on without any heat at all. - not sure when the change was.

Gah! I hate this stuff.

I would rather pull a steering rack out of a car than deal with that stuff...I hate it, I hate it, I hate it.

I remember when there were two brands, one was almost impossible and the other was great.
You can guess which one isn't made anymore.

The last pair of these I fitted were to a car with flares, a whole lot more difficult than a car without. I put them on without worrying about the two tight bends at the rear of the front arch and front of the rear arch. I taped them in place and let them sit for a couple of days, then dealt to those two more difficult bends. Done this way, they went on quite well and I will do it this way in the future.

Regards
Al
