9YaTaH posted a Waggott spec sheet here a while back.

Are you sure it's a Waggott, Camtech does a 621 for the A series:-
Duration 261/265 in/ex
Timing 25-56/65-20
lobe lift .264/.266
LCA 108 degrees
Clearance .015"
RPM range 1500-6500.
