I think round lights would look better recessed instead of the squarish things on Hqs |

I have often wondered how a set of late 90 Holden Barina or Hyundi Excel tail lights would look on a mini, you'd need a deseamed shell and if the curves matched I think would look quite neat |

HQ rear lights are rectangular mounted in the bumper bar. I think that would look terrible. |

Yes they are - but the Statesman ones aren't. They are diamond shaped in the body. And I don't think they'd be that good either. But they'd look alright on a Hornet maybe. |

if you have all the original parts for the 850 i think you should leave it as original as possible. my 2c |

I have often though some curved lights (late model hatchback ones , one model Barina had similar) high up on a suitably reinfoced C pillar would look good , smooth the original location right off and mould the higher ones in . |

Ive seen a mini with upside down PT cruiser tail lights, didnt look too bad |
