ok this is a strange request but can someone please help me. I saw this pic and am curious how it would look on a mini (probably terrible but who knows?). it would certainly be an eye catcher! i would like reversed colours though, with the purple being the main (lower) colour.

I am thinking maybe having the second colour start from just above door handles or maybe even just the roof, bonnet and boot lid? :lol: I can see the complaints that will be rolling in about this one! I'm not actually thinking about doing it to my mini, just curious what it would look like.

Nah, worth a look. I agree with the call about the cut off being the seam line just above the door handles.

The roof chop on the foul rod shown is the thing tho. If the roof was chopped on a mini it could work. Without that, methinx it might look a bit dorky. Then again, that may be the look you want.

matt read has a roundie at his place that is black with an orange bonnet and i really like it

doesnt look to bad. maybe with the green going all the way to the front on the bonnet and top of guards, it would look a bit better (like that red and white one in the members section - dont remember the name of the fella)

Hmmmm...
I do like minis with two colors but, those two :? . Bit OTT
I always liked the idea of a morris with dark red (no quite maroan) body with a cream roof. Might work on a clubby..

sorry Jess im not sold on that colour combo for Cherry, really doesn't suit it..........but i do like the idea......
why not red down the bottom, white or off white around the windows with a matching red roof?? or visa versa.....red would need to be a metallic colour i think.
