OK Have I got this right?
Red booster to manifold
Blue line hooking up the rest to manifold
green lines - I don't know 1 where do I run the vac advance to and
2 what do I do with the nipple (with small hole) on side of air filter box?

Wombat, I think (Big I think) the nipple on the air filter box goes to the top of the rocker cover. The vac advance on the dizzy goes to the top of one of the SU carbs, there should be a little nipple between the dashpot and where the carb meets the manifold. This may also be covered with a black rubber stopper. Sorry im not much help on any of the others.

You have the pipes arse about, the valve sits on the manifold and the breather is the side entry.
The rocker cover is sealed, S and 1100S have a filter in the cap.

No both blank - should of checked before I rebuilt them - I have two others with the little nipple on the side  A previous owner of the manifold has several reducers down to a small pipe for the vac advance - may need to do somthing there.

OK I can fix the valve - wasn't thinking  What do you mean about the rocker cover?

I fairly sure that the rocker cover is the wrong type. I think you should have the type with out the breather. Then you just need a oil cap with the breather in it.
