Ive mentioned this a couple of times and Im getting quite a few inquiries so its easier to give all the details here.
I found this collection of 7 dead minis in an industrial yard in Bunbury, WA.
They are owned by a local Mini enthusiast who races Minis speedway. He has stored the Minis here coz he doesnt have any room left at home. They are all wrecks, but there are some good parts still available.
My ISP's server has been down for days so havent been able to upload any pics, but will do so shortly. The yard includes:
1 clubman van
5 clubman sedans
1 roundy sedan
The deal is (at the moment, when no-one but a few locals knew about it) if you want any small bits, help yourself. If you take any bigger bits, it'll cost you a carton of Carlton midstrength.
Ive taken quite a few small bits, and Minimark got some brakes over the weekend.
I will ask the guy if he is ok with it it being let upon by you lot
Id hope that you only take parts you need, no parts to onsell etc. (if he's ok with sharing the wrecks)
