I was checking a few thing out in the van and noticed that the coil won't cool down...
Why is this happening??

Key is out and its the bosch not oil fillred..

So the key is out but it continues to stay real hot.

It must be getting power from another source.
Is there any accessories hooked to the coil? (tacho, radio)

All is good it took a while, but its cooling down slowly...

Best to hotwire the radio then, unless you have an accessories position on the switch (that works).

did not... Lucas had nothing to do with the radio being wired to the ignition
