Ok I've looked here http://www.ausmini.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=40640 and have a fair idea but is their any tips on how I should re-pack my front bearings? I have 7.5" disc breaks.

Take them out,,, clean them,,, re-pack with new grease,,, put them back in... yeah?

Trick is not to pack them like jam in a jam jar. The grease will simply push out through the bearings, overheat and seperate. With older clay based grease the oil would seperate from the grease leave the clay behind..

Pack as much as 1/2 of the available space, and make sure that you have squeezed it into the actual bearing race as you do so. it will then take care of itself.

sweat, For the main nut is 160pound on a torque wrench the correct setting for the disc breaks?

Clean with wax and Grean remover and leave to dry. Give them a spin every once and a while

I pack bearings in a zip lock bag. Great if you have a few things to do afterwards and they will stay clean. Just wipe them down once taking out of the back and Fit
