Seeing as it's just a rolling shell I'd say anywhere around 1000-2000 dollars. In the condition it's in the buyer would just be paying for the body number as that type of shell is rather common. But being in such good/reasonable condition that also helps with the value.
IMO the biggest problem is it's just a shell, everything else needs to be sourced separately. Even if they can get a MK1 engine it still wont be a matching numbers car which will easily nock 5 grand off the value of a completely restored MK1 which in turn reduces the price you will get :? .

Any other photos will have to include good pictures of what else you have hiding in the shed under a layer of dust , someone might be interested in a package deal  :)

Are you sure it is a geniune cooper S shell?
I'm no expert but there are some things there that are causing me some doubts.
It may well be, I'm just not convinced.

Like others said. It has to be viewed as a rolling shell in need of restoration. I would think probably around $5k if it is the geniune article, maybe more if you find the right buyer.

Give it a wash and a cut and polish and that should add at least another $100 to the quote.

Looks like an S to me.

I mean how many specific Cooper S or Deluxe can you see in those photos?

In favour of it being a Cooper S...
The hole for the extra tank is cut neatly unlike most backyard jobs.
The dash has the black vinyl.
The car had an electric fuel pump.

In favour of it being a Deluxe...
It is a rough Mini.

Whereas I was looking at things like the original looking gauge housing and wiring, or the lack of flare extensions, or no oil cooler support.
