OK everybody, its 7 days to go, and I need to finalise numbers, the venue is booked, and plans are coming together nicely.

Please cut and paste your name and how many with you in the Events Section only
Also if your car isnt ready we can organise spare seats.

The meet points details are still the same, meet point A- BP Princess Fwy Avalon 9.30am depart 10.15am - going straight to venue.

meet point B- Bunnings Waurn Ponds 10.30am depart 11.00am - going straight to venue.

So if your in South West Victoria and you think Winchelsea is not too far away come on over in your roundie, clubbie, van or moke even if you only want to join us for lunch and didnt want to do the Tour please cut and paste your details in the events section only. Venue address - 28 Hesse St Winchelsea

I need to know final numbers by Wednesday afternoon

Please PM me if you have any questions

And yes we will be driving to Lorne the back way and up the Great Ocean Rd to Geelong, with a pit stop in Angelsea along the way

cheers Dean

Ok, we have an approx No of 18 so far.

The more the merrier.

I,m sure there are at least two people on Ausmini from Winchelsea , it would be great to see you there.

I just did the Recon Run for the Tour, fantastic day to be out and about in the "Snail", the time I have allowed to have lunch and drive the Tour is very close to the time I did the Recon Run in, if we leave Winchelsea a bit earlier about 1.50pm everybody will home at a reasonable time, I spoke to the Venue Manager and she has changed the way she caters for groups, so now its a set menu Lamb Roast,Vegetarian Alternative- Vegge Burger, Cake and Tea /Coffee $20, we will be in a separate room. Looking forward to next Sunday ! :D :D :D

The only problem I had was in Anglesea , I was coming out of the park where we are having the pit-stop and I had a loud rubbing noise from the firewall, stopped looked for fluid-no nothing, look under the bonnet -no nothing, had some guy rev the motor while I had a look- no nothing, rang for advice 1800-more knowledge- was told to just drive it, so I did the noise was HIDEOUS but did quickly determine it was coming from a vibration through the gearstick  , gave it a hard row through the gears and the noise subsided, I think the nylon cup is shagged and must have moved enough to rub on something as well as put a vibration through the floor, ah well something to add to the list.
