Hi again all, my "lil grunt" has a 998 in it (wish it was a 1275!), and I have purchased a second hand 32/36 dfav weber for it. Just wondering if anyone knows where in western sydney would be a good place to start looking for one? Idea of prices maybe? I am still tinckering with the thought of making one, which raises the question of hanging stuff out of the bonnet. How far can you legally hang crap out of your bonnet? Or should I just keep it neat, and keep it hidden? |

I'm pretty sure that kit fits under the bonnet no problem. As for power though, I reckon twin HS2s would probably beat it. |

yeh, probably would, but I'm not all about "the ultimate power". Happy for now to just do better than normal. I am going to rice it a little with the exterior by deseaming it. Anything I do to it is just for a "little extra", or a "necessary evil". For the mini to survive, I must deseam. Virtually no seams left due to rust. It has a 998 only because that is what it came with. Doc, I hope that you answer all of the questions I post on ausmini, no matter how silly they are, as yours is one of the opinions that I have learnt while reading different threads, to respect and take notice of. |
