How to get Mini wings logo in My Avitar,

I would like to add the wings to my avitar, as this is whats on my car, how do i add it?????//

The winged logo is an ausmini measure of how many posts you have had.

When you have a certain amount the logo will appear and the more posts you make the more filled in it will become.
