Cool clear skies!! Good day for spray painting! Pity its not at that stage yet.

Anyway

Do the numbers and other markings on the inside of the door hinges mean anything?
whats the easiest way to tell L/H and R/H hinges?

Same here, and no wind, I'll be painting :D

If i remember right, original hinges have letters like RU - right upper, RL - right lower, should be cast into the back of the front part.

Hmmmm that would be to easy!! Mine appear to have 2's 3's 4's and |> stamped on them :? Look more like hiero glyphics to me!

Top Hinge R/hand 1&2
Top Hinge L/hand 3&4
Bottom right 5&6
Bottom Left 7&8
