You've got some great photos there. I'll post mine when I get a chance to load them up to photobucket. I was very impressed with Ian Stewart's historic Nb mini (number 14). He was mixing it up with some serious sports sedans running his 5 port mini engine and street tyres. The yellow mini looked like it had a flat tyre or dropped suspension on the previous lap and I was waiting for it to come around to have a better look. Then a couple of corners before it got to us, it tripped over and had a bit of a roll. I saw it afterwards on a trailer and it didn't look too bad, mainly damage to the flares and other plastic bits. |

![]() ![]() ![]() I saw the car on the dogleg 'step out' towards the left just before this happened - I think he had a puncture on the left rear and this caused the roll over. Daniel |

Daniel Yeh, that's what I saw too. Went wide and was looking quite awkward sitting low on the left rear. I think I captured the last bit of the roll on video - haven't had time to check. I'm with Austin850 - Ian Stewarts NB was my favourite - best sounding and was showing up a fair few of the highly modified sport sedans. Borg looked pretty unbeatable though. |

I should have been standing right where the mini rolled but I got chatting to someone and didnt move to the spot. I just caught the end of it. Anyways guys, good to see the mini scene on the up and up. I'm doing photography full time now and I am starting to do studio and action shoots with cars. Just putting the finishing touches to a gadget that will allow me to take pix like this. Anyone interested? ![]() ![]() ![]() |

You would be very surpised how this effect is acheived. For a change it does have alot to do with photography skills and only a little to do with photoshop. I'm hanging for the bits to arrive. |
