 Post subject: sliding Windows.

i've replaced everything.

but the top rubbers don't seem to sit in ?
they are poking out a bit & not letting the window slide in between the rubbers.

so the windows wont fit flush & the locks wont line up with the little locking holes.

is there a trick to getting these rubbers to sit right?

any one got a pic of there door & how the rubbers fit in?
