Hi guys and gals,

Another question about which goes with which. I have two jacks, and don't know which one belongs to the mk1 S and which to the mk2 S. Photos below. Any ideas?

Are the jacks different for dry and hydro cars?

The one on the Left is Mini The One on the Right is Morris 1100.
The Main difference in Mini Jacks was the width of the bottom of the stand part

You can see the difference in the pictures you have there, apart from the height the mk2 has a simpler design to the bottom cross piece. The morris 1100 shows this but is taller in height than the usual mini jack.

No idea when they changed over, I can't see it as being anything that would need to wait for a new model...

No The same jack will suit Hydro or Dry.
Something to remember Never use the jack with anyone sitting in the car
