the engine mount in my clubby is always falling off its the one next to the radiator. i tried putting a screw with a bolt at the end but it just falls off. What do i need to get to fix it, i have the rubber in the end of the mount but the metal piece on the inside is missing? |

you will need to get yourself a new one $7 (for a roundy) from MG spares in Smithfield, or about twice that around other places. you will need the five bolts, three nuts and three washers with that |

righto thats called an engine steady bar (i believe) and its supposed to have four round rubbers (two on each end) with a metal sleeve on the inside (as you have stated!) i just went to the local hardware store with the rubbers (about $2 each) and they picked out a fat bolt and nut (with a washer) so i wouldnt need the metal sleeve i had to enlargen the holes in the brackets with a drill though not sure if this is good enough |
