Post subject: | bottom ball joints |
ive started assembling the ball joints and followed this how to: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KyDE4oqbZnc my dilema is here; with the spring assembled into the bottom ball joint and it all torqued up, the sivel pin is tightish (moveable by hand- just as it is in the video) is this normal or is there meant to be smooth movement like the top sivel pin. just thought id ask you guys before i put my trust into the poems ![]() thankyou, Leighton |

Yes it is normal for the bottom one to be stiff. If you can just move it all about by hand it is right. The top one should have slight friction when torqued up (72ft/lb is correct). |
