hahaha plenty of trucks wanting to pass on my trip, especially b doubles.

110k zones and i sit on 90, most people wave and smile.

Must be city folk, too busy thinking about themselves.

I tend to find they people that tailgate me, as soon as they get past, they are tailgating the next person anyways. There are just cocks on the road no matter what. I'm sure they will end up wrapped around a pole one day......that thought makes me feel better anyway :)

thats the good thing about the Moke - you can clearly express how you feel about their proximity

Reminded me of one morning when we had met up for a Mini run (at a Maccas of course). All the Minis had reverse into the parking bays - mine was on the end and when we all went back to the cars I remember looking along the line of shiny roofs - white, blue, yellow, black, white, orange, silver, white,... hang on, none of us had a silver Mini (then) - it was a 4X4 that had driven into a bay in the middle of the Minis - its bonnet was same height and shape as the Mini roofs

i 've come to realise that u ain't gonna get much respect from the average driver when ur in the mini. most people love too pull out in front of u, if u got a fast one they'll be on ur back window just to race ya sho u who's boss, slow one (the one i got) they 'll just do the same thing cause they can.

the funniest thing was when i cut off a 4x4 (ok not funny as the consiquences far out weigh the funny side of it. , but that was the yummy mummies interpretation of what happened, I was way in the clear) she proceeded to give me a telling off at the lights. i kindly told her to tell someone who cares as not to give the mini a bad name, y me worry ,, was on my way to the mini show :D .

Cars find it difficult to pass me :? There must be some sort of invisible force field beside my car stopping other cars from overtaking me.

They tailgate me and then go to overtake...come roaring up to my blindspot and sit there until they decide they won't pass me and take up position back in my lane tailgating me.

GAH!

I just let them past until theres a corner then sit about a meter off the back of their car round the corner blipping the throttle and floor it and overtake them coming out (only if its dual lane though)

I don't find it any different to driving any other car on the road. There will always be idiots (read commodore and hilux drivers) who like to push their way through traffic...

I don't feel particularly targeted by other drivers when in the mini, not deliberately anyway. Passively due to it's small size I get cut off occasionally, but a toot and a finger soon makes them aware!

A few times i've had people in 4x4's tailgate me and then overtake me in highly dangerous illegal ways, like on a 1 lane roundabout i was overtaken by a 4x4. I was sitting on the speed limit of 60 for the short stretch of road the car was behind me. It makes me really wish i had fixed my horn already.

Othertimes when people tailgate me when i sit on the speed limit, and i fly through corners still on the speedlimit, then the people behind scream to catch up the big gap just so they can tailgate me again.
