My windows will not stay locked,Does anyone
know the trick in adjusting these locks.
I have placed plastic ties around the locks to keep them closed

Fit new rubbers.
The tension of the rubber pushing on the window keeps it latched.

As a temporary fix i have just unscrewed the latch off, got some paper, placed the paper between the rubber and the latch and refit the latch. Add more paper until it stays closed :D
