Is there a place or brand that makes those roof racks that I've seen on some rally cars? You know the type that holds 2 wheels , the roof tray thing? does anyone know where to get them or is it something I am going to have to make? cheers mike

you can buy them in Japan, but expensive.... a couple were brought in on wrecks by Brickworx, but that won't happen anymore

I made my own, but full size 8)

I always wanted one of those, but keep ice tyres in it. Just for something different.

Yep - I got one of the ones from Brickworx in from Japan....
Theres a thread in here somewhere with pics\measurements of mine...
..and that ended up with me buying a car to put it on ! (still gathering parts for that project
If I can stop breaking bits on the race car  - I might get further on that )

For the Rolls Royce gold plated exact copy of the Works Team racks.....
... ( but make sure your sitting down before seeing the price. ... you gotta tell him he's dreaming...)

I like to be prepared for all weathers, and it was going to be on a rally replica.
Global warming is coming, so the ice caps will melt, making a more sphherical planet Earth, so it will move away from the sun freezing all of the water into ice. Leaving an ice world where one day the rebel alliance will make a small outpost and be invaded by the imperial forces.

Or have i thought too much into this?

well, actually, as global warming progresses, the amount of water vapour in the atmosphere increases, blanketing the world in cloud. The cloud causes the temperature to drop rapidly, causing an ice age - then you get to use your ice tyres
