No. They stopped making it a while back. But they did give the directions to mix your own. It was 33% anti freeze anti boil and 67% distilled water. They have a tech bulletin on their webpage.... http://www.penriteoil.com.au/tech_pdfs/27_MORRIS&AUSTIN_SUSPENSION_FLUID.pdf |

While looking at the Penrite website I notice that Penrite still recommends the use of ATF in the Mini and Morris 1100 automatic gearbox. ![]() |

I'm using straight antifreeze (castrol 98% glycol) |

I also heard that a dash of metho helps. Not sure if its true or not though. Only 2 or 3% plus coolant and distilled water |

98%! I bought some from Karcraft and Kev and I did mine today. Their formula is more like 30% glycol, 65% water and 5% smelly stuff (probably alchohol). In truth do you really notice? we let her down today and there's like 1/2 pint of fluid in there in total... |

buggered if I know ![]() I don't think it's thick enough to make any difference, I'd suggest the only reason they use water is because it's basically free, whereas glycol costs money. Dunno what it cost you at karcraft, but I wonder if my 5l bottle of coolant was cheaper the other additive in yours is probably a rust inhibitor, I think other ingredient in my coolant is a rust inhibitor. Not sure because I left the bottle at someones house a few weeks ago when I pumped up his suspension - and it's a 45 minute drive to go and get it ![]() |

Just do it often, like once a year and you'll be fine I reckon Should I change it that often? The MG given to me seems to sit and ride ok but I bet it has not been changed for at least 5 years. But for most of that 5 years it has been sitting. |

Drain a bit out. If it looks brown (rusty) dump it right down to near zero pressure and refill. You won't get any air in there, unless you start taking things apart. ![]() |

I like to pump them up and down a few times with plain water, pump it up, rock the car around, squirt it out - I did a car for a guy a few weeks ago and the rusty gunk coming out was like treacle |
