Hi All

I have been watching the forum for a while as I have always liked minis although my main car interest is VW's and old Porsches. Anyhow, I now have a one owner 65 Deluxe which has been parked since 1984 and has 43,000 miles from new. NO RUST AT ALL :!: :!: :!: . So since I now had my Mini I thought I would sign up and say G'day. The car needs recommissioning after being parked for so long but it is a great start and the interior is virtually new. I can't wait to get her on the road.

Hope to meet some of you on a run or event soon.

Hi everyone, thanks for the welcomes. I am in Sydney. I will take some pics of the deluxe when I get a chance for you all to have a good perv.

"There are never enough Michaels" :lol: That was one of the life mottos of one of my ex girlfriends. I was Michael #2 and then one of my best mates became Michael #3. Needless to say, he didn't stay one of my best mates after that and that is why she is an ex. Incidentally, Michael #3 was into Minis but I won't hold that against any of you guys :wink: .
