Best you send it on a tow truck so we can find out what is wrong.
Hows it been running since last time??

it's been running fine. it was a little bumpy when i left your place, as you know, but near home i got some open road and blew the cobwebs out and it's been fine ever since then.

i'm not going to send it over right now - i've decided to have a social life this weekend instead - but i've got my tax from lsat year coming through shortly; i'll have to use that (i was planning on going overseas with it...)

If it's a remote change then it's likely the knuckles on the top of the diff have come loose. Hard to get at but not an expensive job.

If it's rod change then I don't know.

If it's a rod change, it could simply be the roll pin falling out.
Happened to me once.
