Hi all,
I've got this strap attached to my rear seat with and eyelet and have lost the retaining clip..



i was wondering if anyone knew what this type of clip was called and where i could find a replacement eyelet/clip on the web or in sydney?

I think they're used on utes for tonneaus but couldn't seem to find the term for them.

That's a "lift the dot" Clip.
Any MG shop will have them, they come on all the pommy sports cars for the various hood fittings.
Also come with different stud thread configurations, you need the one with #10/32 metal thread so you can secure it with a nut and spring washer.
How do I know? Too many Morris Minors in a previous life!

yes i just inherited the moggie as an awesome wedding present as the previous owner and long time family friend knew what it meant when i sold my mini van to fund 1 of the 3 diamonds in my wife's engagement ring

she has some rust in the doors and needs a new passenger side outer sill but the engine has been cared for and im really keen to get the trafficators hooked back up.. but all in all i can't wait to just do a panel at a time!
