Just a quick one, what the size of the Harmonic ballancer bolt. And is there a spring washer or just the bolt and a large cup like washer.
Found bolt between the radiator and balancer, and washer on the drive way
No damage, but planning the job before i pull it apart.
Also have loctite for the fix.

NFI on size of bolt, but it has a big flat hae\\ead on it with full thread and a radiused "shank"
Washer is supposed to have a fold up tab to hold the bolt in place.
Make sure the harmonic damper hasn't rattled around and flogged out on the crank/keyway. Also inspect the condition of the rubber bonded between the sections of the damper.

Doesnt seem to be any play, with a small mirror the rubber appears to be fine.

I'd be taking it out and looking at it up close - cracks can be fine and hidden under a layer of dirt

1 5/16" socket

don't put the washer back in, just a little bit of loctite and do it up to 60lb/ft

The thread size is a "odd ball" the dia is 5/8" but the thread teeth per inch is 16 instead of 14[ or visa versa]

Check that the thread in the crank is not damaged.
