Anyone have some photo's of the heater from a 71 K ? the under dash plastic one with the controls on the drivers side. anyone have one ? want to get a good look at one as i want to restore my k to original one day, that thing being one of the silly things that they crossed with the clubman. |

I'm keen also for pics, as mine has the same clubby heater... although someone had taken the cables and the bracket out of my car (along with seatbelts and switches) before I aquired it! -Cam ![]() |

I assume it's the same heater as a clubman with a wiper switch for the fan and two cables - one for heat amount/flow and one for direction. I'll get better pics of mine when I get it home in a couple of weeks... Much better setup than the earlier mini Ks which had the blow-through type heater ![]() I'm sure it will be easy enough to replicate the bracket. I'd imagine the challenge may be finding the correct cables. |

The heater is the same as clubman heater. the swich panel wasnt around for long so they are very rare & yes the cables are rare too. From memory the switch looks the same as the headlight/wiper switch but it has a much smaller rear section. It gets it power from the back of the wiper switch. |

hmmm, I'll throw a wanted up but i doubt I'll have luck, the cables do look a little funny but if i can get some close ups i might be able to make it, I'll add it to the list of funny little things to make for the mini, thanks for the help so far |

The braket for the controls looks like a Lucas or Smiths switch panel. They sometimes come up on Ebay UK. |
