ok,

so where the front wheels are.i guess between the door & wheel arch there is a bubble of paint but in one blob. not like bubbling rust if you know what i mean?.

not sure what that panel is called? is it rust? or could be form my description?

my mate said it looks like a paint bubble, as it was sprayed at home, is that such a thing?

also is there 2 panels sandwiched together in that spot? i have a feeling it is.

I checked under the wheel arch but there is no rust there at all it is all clean under there.

i poked at it & it is rock hard im scared to poke a hole in it

if it is rust i was hoping i can fix it a bit later.

i dont mind just another to do on the list haha..

you know what Im saying lads!

could be rust

could be bog from a previously fixed, bogged and badly sanded repair

The a-panel... sounds like a rust bubble, I had the same thing on mine, weird ones, these ones but yeah poke it hard enough and you will see. :)

May very well be a lump in the paint but I seriously doubt it.

yeh fair enough.

i doubt it is a lump i really do, it has been painted in a metalic paint Spray Chief.

looks like a red handbag :)

now if it is rust and i get it cut out, whats the situation with painting that kind of stuff? would i need it to be blended from say the A panel to the door over guard etc?

can it be blended? can that kind of thing be matched?

it's this kind of paint on the car & i do have the paint.

but not the same Batch. i bought a few liter's as i have never seen paint like that, it's really cool paint.
