Use penetrating oil before starting.
Drill it from the back so when the drill grabs the screw it will wind out.
See if you can get a pair of vice grips on the screw.
Use some heat with a heat gun if you can.
Use penetrating oil before starting.
Drill with a small drill first and make sure it runs straight.
Move to the next size drill if you have got the first one to run straight,
Use penetrating oil before starting.
You may be able to cut a slot in the screw with a dremmel and use a flat screwdriver (It may even work from behind)
Use penetrating oil before starting.

If you have a Dremel (or Bunnings spec equivalent like me) just cut a neat slot in the screw head for an F ing big flat blade screwdriver. Then just unscrew it. Use penetrating oil before starting. :)
