ok, speedo seems to jump around between 60kph and 80kph, when i brought the car the guy had changed the 2 gauge cluster with another one he had, would this cause this problem? do different models have diff ratio for speedo to work off?

i have 2 spare clusters and was wondering if i should change them to see if it fixes?

Removed cable off back of cluster and can turn the drive is that right? i know it turns when driving as i didnt re insert it correctly(the clicking drove me mad! lol  )

lol . i am fixing the same thing at the moment. i believe that it need some lube down the cable  . i sprayed some crc, works better but i think the angle i have the cable at due to dellorta being on still makes it jiggle not to my satisfaction at 15- 60 kph.
