It's a fairly light , bland and neutral grey

Stilllooking for some photo's of it but it was common in 850's and then deluxes .My parents had a neutral grey deluxe and it was constantly being bumped on the road as it blended in with the road ....

Thankyou sooo much!

Damn... I was hoping it was going to be a nice colour :(

Now the question... to keep my deluxe 100% original or paint it the colour I want to?

IMO it's a great colour for a 60's Mini.

I'm leaning more and more toward the period colors too, especially if the car is going to look sort of standard. Modern colors are great for obvious custom jobbies but there's something appealing about the nanna look

Yeah I love that colour too. It especially looks good with a red interior! 8)

Oh Im all for period colours.... Love them.... but Im not all that keen on that particular colour :(

Maybe it will grow on me, or Percy will not end up 100% original.... Not sure what to do, I know its my car and all but since I will be keeping the rest of the car original... (red interior included) apart from the new bum! lol

Neutral Grey is nothing like smoke grey.
my old van was smoke grey and it is actually a blue.

Neutral grey looks really nice in the flesh. It's name does set people off a little though. My opinion a std mini with no flares and old english white rims with std caps would look the goods.
