I can't seem to find a definate answer anywhere. - Do you have to take the black coating off Heritage Panels before priming etc or do you just coat over the top of it? What about other brands of panels?

No, just a light sand, Prime and off you go. It is an etch primer :wink:

That would explain the new panels I've seen covered in surface rust :roll:
