Hi all Just been installing my HIF44 carb and i'm unsure of what to do with the floatbowl overflow outlet (the one next to the breather pipe). What do i need to do with this? just leave it open? cap it off? Any help would be great. Thanks. |

The float vent is basically an overflow so should have a bit of pipe attached to it that exits somewhere under the car away from anything hot |

You can leave it open or you can run it to a charcoal cannister or use a bit of hose to move it away from heat but you can't block it off or the carby will flood. |

Thanks Morris 1100. I think i'll just pipe it down next to the subframe and let it vent out there. Fuel loss will be insignificant right? |
