Started on my head gasket issue today and found a rather odd 'non standard' rocker cover gasket!!!!
So thought it would be interesting to find out what others have come across??

Hey if it works! Go with it. I picked up an old Morry 1100 for the engine. Took it to a mechanic mate to use his hoist to get the engine out. There was a garbage bin lid wired in under the engine to catch the oil! Better yet, it had a piece of carpet to mop it up. Exhaust runs right down almost touching it.

They dont call them bush mechanics for nothing, i suppose 8 gauge fencing wire just was not going to seal.

You should try some Fettuccine, that's nice and flat and once it gets some oil on there it will swell up to form a perfect seal!

First summer I had my 850 my overflow bottle was a Golden Circle 2L Pineapple Juice Bottle. Not so much 'bush mechanics', more 'year 11 with no money mechanics'
