Hi all,
I have been asked to run a competition by a member of ausmini (mick from ACT) 9yatah or close anyway. He is working at the Grand Prix.

He has a four day paddock pass for the Grand Prix.

He wants only registered ausmini members to compete.

You must grovel really well giving the reason why you should win this ticket.

The winner will be chosen and a pm will be sent with the contact details on how to pick up your ticket.

OFF YOU GO

Grovel.
OK.

Well I REALLY want this F1 ticket, as when I was a child, dad would always say he'd take me to the F1 when i was "a bit older". He'd say this every year, and neglect to fulfil his son's requests.
Now, being a student, I am a tight person. My parents would never pay for me to get tickets for F1, so I reckon i should get this ticket.
I could drive over to Melbourne (as i have been saying) and see EVERYONE from ausmini in Melbourne (and Geelong) and we could catch up, but only if i got the ticket.

So keep me in mind.

Big willy. :)

As much as I would love those tickets, it's not in my personality to grovel for them.
Good luck people, this might get messy!

If your not serious, say so now :!:

Well I guess it's up to Mick. I will let him know who would like the ticket and he can decide the winner.

ummmm, grovel grovel

I've never been to an F1 though I always wanted to and I would wear a TShirt with ausmini.com on it and run around like a loony telling everyone how great the website is. I'll watch all the races and completely ignore the pit girls.

I'll make a really good attempt at getting my mini into the crowd and take pictures and post them up here

I'll drive the 3 hours down from Wodonga, and I'll sleep in the back of the van and make sure I'm the first person in line to get into the circuit.

I already have plans for all day Saturday, we've got a BBQ and get together that we have once a month with all the japanese families around the area. This time there are 2 cute 21yo girls going back to Japan, and they really like me and they'll give me a cuddle and a little kiss. I'll give that up....

on Sunday morning there is a work social club canoe trip down the river, I planned to take my 7yo daughter and get some cheapie super-soakers and annoy the crap out of some senior managers. I'll give that up.....

on Sunday afternoon I'm supposed to paint the ceiling at my rental house cos the ceiling nearly caved in and needed to be repaired. I'll give that up..... (gladly)

my wife will kill me for breaking the above plans. I welcome death upon my return from the F1

Haha, it's all good, except the part about ignoring pit girls

We demand pics with an ausmini shirt and pit girls, preferably neatly nestled across a mini ;)

I think that someone has already got hold of Micks mobile number (not from me) and competition has ended.

Lucky for me I didn't get to make the decision. I wasn't looking forward to it.

Once I find out who it was I'll let you know.

I am only sorry that I couldn't give you all a ticket.
