The joys of owning a mini. I'm still waiting for mine to fail so i can get around to replacing it. But it just refuses to quit.

Best pump to get

40105
Facet Electric Fuel pump (pump $69.30 + Freight $10)

Skyshop (Unit 9 16-22 Bremner rd, Rothwell 4022 Qld ~ Ph 07 3040 0502

Not an advert, just passing on the cheapest place I found to purchase from.
Great service

Best mounting as per DrMini instructions
GEX7081 - Rubber Mount exhaust centre - fixed to the rear sub frame.
Mine, can hardly hear it running (with only ignition ON)

These pumps are used on ultralight aircraft, so can't be too bad...
They can't just pull off the road and kick the bastard like we can.

Was it a mechanical pump? I managed to get my mechanincal pump on an old suzuki going by pressurising the fuel tank, got it started and kept it going.
