Super rare Cooper 997 head.

Also used on 1100 engines in their squillions which detracted from their rareness somewhat.

Don't knock them, 202 are the 2nd best smallbore head after a 295. :P (I'm ignoring the 206, which is rocking horse now...)
And they can be made to flow better than a 295 can be, ask Graham Russell...

I believe some did, but the main designated head was the 12G202. Parnell also says 202.

Thanks. I'll keep that in mind when Dylan decides to pay me for one.

206 was basically a 295 but without the 2 locating rings in the inlet ports.

Is there a reference or wiki on the difference between the mini heads.
And what head fits what engine?

Cheers,
Mark.

BAH HA HA.

In my opinion, the best small bore head to modify, they have thicker walls around the ports than the 295s so you can get more out of them & make them flow better.

Yep.
They also don't have a dirty big (TOO big) chamber like the 295, so you can enlarge them to much the same shape but a bit smaller, and get a decent C/R without decking the daylights out of it or having to run flat tops.
