Hiya all,
i'm looking to have the interior of my 68 deluxe sorted soon ($ pending  !) and was hoping to see some pics someone might have of the headlining, mainly near rear and front windscreens. Mine was a bit shagged when i pulled it out, so i don't really know how far it comes down rear pillars etc..... I was gunna see if i can get one made, but i heard a whisper that you can buy them in full piece?

Anybody know?

Ta muchly :) ,

How soon do you need the pics cause I am getting a new headlining put in my mini in a couple of weeks I could take some pics once the new one is in.

Im my mini the headlining finished at the top of the front pillars and on the rear the headlining material was all around the window.

cool thanks minifreak,

a couple of weeks is fine, even if mines done by then, i'd still be interested to see how yours turns out though! I'll be having a rear parcel shelf thingy made for new speakers etc, so would the lining come down and 'tuck' in under there?

are you buying pre-made one, or having it made out of curiosity?

the piece that went under the rear windscreen tucked under the parcel shelf

I am having a trimmer make one from scratch he said that he would prefer to fit somthing that he made that will fit the car exatly than fitting somthing that may just be that little bit out.

Here is the one in my LS.. Hand made and fitted by an upholsterer and slightly heavier material than normal.
