legally what revision / side mirrors are mini's required to have . i guess the one inside the car is a must, but was there a time when they didn't run mirrors on the left and right hand side of the car. is it legal to do so now if they didnt?, or do u have to have, say at least one ??. just been thinking about it thats all.

In NSW I believe you do need a RH one. Not sure about Qld rules. |

If it wasn't factory fitted (pre-Clubman), then I believe you don't need to install them now. IMO Minis don't look the best with door mirrors anyway.

I don't know about the legalities for sure, but my Mini passed RWC in Brisbane just over 2 years ago with no external mirrors... It's roughly a 69? |

depends on the applicable ADR, which I believe for mirrors came in in 1971.... dont quote me on that.. |
