Hi all

I got some parts from UK minispares.
They advised me the wrong part :( , emailed them & they said they would send the correct part next time.

I dont need anything else, so I was wondering if anyone in Sydney is getting some parts, I could let them know & they would put it in your parcel.

Cheers
Craig

I placed an order last thursday & haven't heard anything, I wanted to update my order, even rang them last night but had to leave a message. If i get a reply & can change my order I would be happy to add your part.

cd its a pain the arse when that happens. I personally haven't had any problems with Minispares, I've found them to be quiet good. There is another shop over there with a VERY similar name, Minisp- I'll stop right there, who can be a very difficult to deal with. I do all my ordering in writing, and I use their part numbers, that way they have no excuse. But even the shop whose name I won't mention still regularly stuff up, so much so and to a point that I now flat out refuse to deal with them, they rarely want to take ownership of their errors and they are slow to rectify them.

I'm not slandering anyone or playing "my favorite bussiness is" or anything like that. This is just one man's experiences.

What were you after? I'll send you a PM.

Usually when they send the wrong part they send the correct one at no additional freight cost - but it is sent by snail mail and the last time it happened to me it took six weeks for the part to turn up.

Funny thing was they haven't asked for the incorrect part back! Maybe drop it in when next back over there.

They should send it the same way I/you paid for.

PM sent to Phat Kat

Thanks for the replies

Cheers
