Guys want to know what i need to do to remove the fresh air heater. The two pipes that are shown here do i just loop back in to the top?

Guys want to know what i need to do to remove the fresh air heater. The two pipes that are shown here do i just loop back in to the top?

If removing it temporary, join the hoses with a bit of copper pipe. If removing for good, remove the hoses too and plug the fittings. |

That's my heater and a nice one indeed. THis will be such a noob question but the bottom hosse that is going into the heater i would presume need to be connected upto the top of the engine? |

That's how it's connected, it would be difficult any other way as the pipes are set up in that direction. I doubt it would matter if you plumbed it backwards though, it'll work anyway

That brass pipe coming out of the head should either be turned 180 degrees or another one sourced that faces backwards, then connect the top rubber hose to that. That will continue the circulation of the coolant system . Or you can simply blank off the head hole and then plug the top hose.

Anyone know what the technical name is for the brass hose coming out the top?? |
