was wondering if they are much different in width than a Cooper S ?

Will it fit is the question ?

Unless you have less than 1 inch clearance either side on your S, then it's likely the Moke will fit.

It really depends on the wheels and tyres fitted to the Moke. But the brake offset is either the same as an S (spacer drums or discs) or slightly narrower (early Moke drums with half-spacer).

Width is fine, wheel base is a fraction longer but will still fit
