I have just purchased a 2003 Mini Cooper, as seen in my profile pic, its my second Mini, my first one was a 1978 model, and now I'm just waiting for it to be ready.

Well done on the purchase. Great colour. Enjoy the ride.

Of course it's a Mini. It's not a pretend Mini. It has Mini badges on it. What's the big deal Davo??

I don't hear people on here jumping up and down about all the Toyota, Honda, Daihatsu powered Minis 'pretending' to be real Minis.

They did have to evolve one day and to me they are still a Mini. Looks like a nice one too and great colour. They are becoming affordable too now. Well done mate.

To be honest I never liked them much to start with, and neither did my best friend who actually last month bought a 2004 cooper s. i've only driven it once but I've been in it quite a bit and I really like it ALOT!!!.

Welcome to the forum roads75. It's good to see another lady here.
