4 speed synchro remote control gerbox. I'm told you can get a reverse light switch which simply screws into a detent. All french to me. Is it really as simple as screwing in a switch into an existing hole which is already threaded? Is it easily done or do you have to dismantle the whole car? What's a detent - isn't that something to do with foreign policy? Any ideas on where to get such a switch from? Thanks for your help. |

![]() I put some info re this switch recently. Do a search. You need the switch and a metal rod and it fits in place of the gearbox reverse detent hex plug directly below the oil filter. Regards RonR |

You still need the little steel rod. Thats the switch and the reverse detent plunger. RonR |
