The wire is White, with a thin red trace

the terminal for the start is in between the 2 big terminals but just down the solinoid a tad

Edit--> maybe you have mixed upo the "Oil Warning wire" with the start wire... oil warning wire is white with a thin brown trace

Run a jump wire from the battery side of the solenoid to the little terminal on the solenoid and see if the solenoid works.

that means the solinoid isn`t working, or your battery terminal (on the solinoid) isn`t connected to the battery, or your battery is flat

if there`s a slight """Clicking""" noise then it could still mean that the solinoid is orking & the starter is buggered,,, But it could also mean that the solinoid isn`t working (properly) it can be throwing in but not contacting properly/cleanly,,, so you`d then have to check to see if there is any power at the starter terminal while you have power at that little trigger terminal on the solinoidto determine whether it`s the starter that`s buggered or the solinoid that`s buggered
