we have a mould for them, i must say tho, it was particularly difficult to organise as the std sportspack arches are quite the floppy affair & after going through a few sets of them to find some "Decent" enough to take moulds from, we came to the conclusion that a 2 piece mould for each one was the go.

but still,,, have a go, it may burn you tho,,, they`re a pain to get "nice" let alone "Very nice"

my step brother who has been working in the fibreglass industry for a few years
recons it should be pretty easy to knock up a mould for them, the flares that i will be using to make the mould are fibreglass so there not really flimsy and floppy like the genuine flares which are rubber.

well if the sportpack arches work well i will be getting moulds made to suit other types of flares and stuff.
