god dam it..

i could have it all done today but no one nipple does not wanna play game..

so whats a good way to do it? with out snaping it? can i spary something on it?

Spray crc / rp7 etc and gently work at it.

I've come across bleed nipples on cars so tight that our apprentices have been scared to undo them, even had me worried but they came free with a bit more effort.

It might just be sticky and not seized.

yeh ..

the other one was a bit sticky when i took it off i noticed a bit of rust& gunk crap on the bottom of the nipple i just wanna take them of so i can buy some new ones.

ABS brakes best place for new nips? hehe nips :lol:

Sometimes it is better to try and tighten it a touch before undoing it.
Also a hit on the top of the bleeder with a hammer can shock the threads into giving up their grip.

yea spray some crc or something like that on it a few times an leave it soak in an then give the area a few taps with a hammer to loosen it a bit an try undoing it then if not more crc an let soak some more

Thats a good idea :) just don't hit it to hard, and if your shocking it you might not need to tighten it first :)

A trick I learn't from a wrecker for bolts that are very tight or rusted was
to hold the ring spanner firmly in the direction toy want it to go and then
smack sharply with your hand or hammer. I found it works a treat. It prevents the dreaded rounding off....
of course you run a bigger risk of snapping off small bolts or bleed nipples.

You don't say which ones...
If it's the little rear ones are tight, some WD40 and a socket is the best way.
Late aftermarket cylinder ones are 7mm hex size.

I always approach the job with patience, the right tools and a clear path by which I will remove the seized brake nipple in a fashion which will produce the least damage. Somehow a few minutes later I will always find myself sitting on the engine using a pair of vicegrips to wrench the little bastard into next sunday..teach it a lesson the recalcitrant little p.o.s. will never forget.

What type of metal are the nipples in , is it standard cast iron brake parts or fancy alloy disc callipers ?

they are rover 8.4's cast iron

i just wanna rip it out & flatten the sucker lol..

one come out great the other is stuck.

it's cause of the floods i think it may have rusted In place & the fact the little nips on the top of the calipers have been sprayed over with 2pac.

like i said one side come out easy the other is starting to round the nut it wont budge.

maybe some heat? i could use one of them hand held blow tourches?

it's only small for doing computer stuff little jet flame.
