Apparently the Minzuki will put "lint in your crack". What in God's name does that mean in Australian?

Seriously, you would think that if they were going to all that trouble with the outside, then the inside should be a bit special - leather seats, recliners, burr walnut dash and door caps, thick carpet, fold-down table, mobile phone and all the mod-cons for the rear passengers, etc...

I'm afraid that a front like that without the rest of the car coming up to the expected standard is just not croquet...er, cricket.

Cheers old bean.
What-Ho!

Typical 1960s type modification. Heavy handed mods like this were common place back then. I remember as a boy seeing quite a few Mitsubishis, Datsuns etc with large Mercedes headlights or rearlights. Trend died out by about 1973.

I've seen the Mini rolls posted before, very odd car indeed. But the I'd never seen the horrid interior!

I just got some black leather seats that would be perfect for the Mini rolls. However.... They are for my own clubby creation, the '80s Mini. 8)

You know what for quite some time I have been contemplating making a
Bentley from a Morris 1100. But a bit more "factory" looking.
Do you have any rear shots of this car?

Somewhere I have a magazine article of a UK company making mini rolls's before Rolls Royce closed them down for copyright infringment. They made them 6 wheelers though and used luxury interiors .

I read somewhere else though that fiberglass tilt fronts were availible for a few years with the Rolls Front on them too , the one in Graham's link may be one of them perhaps ?

A guy on the Dutch boards' dad used to race this fibreglass fronted "miniRolls" in the sixties:
