The black finish on replacement panels - leave and prime/high build or what ever over or remove to bare metal and etch prime before proceeding? |

I would remove it. It is on there purely to stop the panels rusting in storage... and it's not great even for that. |

yeah your going to to effort of doing things properly so you may as well take a minute and take that coating off |
